Oh, Macy

Macy, oh Macy.  Those of you who know my sweet little girl will understand this statement.  Here are just a few Macyisms from the last couple of days:

*  grabbed the dog by the tail and carried him upstairs, then dropped him on his head (on the carpet thankfully)
*  had to potty, so went upstairs, put on a pull-up, peed in it, then took it off and put her panties back on (what was she thinking?)
*  told me i had a big belly and little boobies
*  drank almost my entire can of diet coke that was sitting on the counter
*  chewed off the eraser of a pencil and came to me saying, "Look mom, I got gum!"
*  flung her new teddy bear across the room, which wouldn't be a big deal had the dog not been attached to it (are you seeing the pattern here)
*  had to be put in time-out at the bowling day care for sitting on another child
*  closed her eyes during the dinner prayer, only to lean down like an animal, and take a bite of her food - eyes still closed
*  dropped something and said in all seriousness and with an annoyed tone, "Oh, crap!"
*  decided she needed to do her "homework" - on my computer screen!

Without Macy, life would get boring I suppose.  She definitely keeps me laughing (or crying depending on the particular issue at hand).   But I'm sure grateful she's MY sweet (most of the time) little girl.

I was seriously laughing the whole way through your post. It is a good thing that she is just so dang cute. I loved the pull-up story, that had me laughing out loud.

Oh my gosh, so funny! Um, I'm thinking the pull up thing isn't all her fault. As I recall there was a football game or two where you didn't want to take her all the way the the bathroom so you just put her in a pull up and told her to go!!! I agree though, it's a good thing she's so cute! These last 2 are really giving you a run for your money!!

Chloe and I had a great laugh with Macy's Macyisums! Love the blog. Welcome to the dog world, it really is great once you get out of the puppy stage. Zac is so cute.
